Sines Tecnopolo is an European Business and Innovation Center Network from Alentejo. Developing EU projects in the area of cooperation, training, innovation, knowledge and entrepreneurship.

Sines Tecnopolo develops in EU projects, particularly in the area of territorial cooperation, training, innovation, knowledge and entrepreneurship. Part of the European Business Network, and Business Innovation Center for the Alentejo. Sines Tecnopolo has the purpose of being the catalyst and driving force of the Sines’ Economic Ecosystem, acting as a link between the large corporations, the SME’s, the public sector, Universities and other scientific research entities. Sines Tecnopolo provides several spaces with the ideal characteristics for innovative projects. The incubator acts as an enabler for the success of new projects providing physical or virtual spaces, supporting the project’s promotion in the Sines’ Ecosystem network and by implementing methodologies that allow a successful execution and the sustainability of new businesses.

 

Concrete Benefits

Sines Tecnopolo main goals are to promote and act as an element of convergence between the industry and the academic field, boosting the development of projects through partnerships as well as enabling the access to shared services, having its focus on the Blue Economy in recent years. Sines Tecnopolo also manages the Sines Nautical Station. The Nautical Station network is a structure of quality nautical tourism, organized from the integrated value of nautical resources in a territory, which includes the provision of accommodation, catering, nautical activities and other activities and services relevant to the attraction of tourists and other users, adding value and creating diverse and integrated experiences.
