In 2015, the United Nations adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development - an action plan of 17 goals that defines the common priorities for a global sustainable development.

This is truly an universal call for action, aiming to engage all countries, organizations and citizens of the world for sustainable development.

The 2030 Agenda aims for an economic and societal transformation and thus its 17 Sustainable Development Goals integrate all three pillars of sustainable development – economic, social and environmental.

This ambitious Agenda creates implementation challenges at all levels, including the development and adoption of commercial solutions: innovative products and services that may help attain the goals and targets in all its scope and interlinks.
